RaceWatcher

Race control for sim racing leagues

Every contact in your race. One page.

Upload the result file from Le Mans Ultimate after a race. RaceWatcher lists every incident with the cars involved, the lap, places lost, damage and retirements, so your stewards know where to look instead of rewatching the whole replay.

1000 Miles of Sebring · LMP33 of 18 car-to-car contacts

How it works

  1. STEP 1

    Grab the result file

After the race, take the newest file ending in R1 from Le Mans Ultimate\UserData\Log\Results\

  2. STEP 2

    Upload and name it

Give the race a name your league will recognise, like "Round 4 · Sebring". The report is ready in a second.

  3. STEP 3

    Review the incidents

Car-to-car contacts come first. Single cars into walls and signs sit behind their own tab. Every race stays in your list.

In every incident

  • WhoCar numbers, drivers, teams and class
  • WhenLap, race time and the session time to jump to in the replay
  • PositionsPlace before and after, places lost or gained, and where the car was a lap later
  • DamageDamage reported, pit stops right after, retirements
  • PenaltiesPenalties the game gave within two minutes, and track limits nearby
  • ImpactHow hard the hit was, ranked against the rest of the race

The call stays with your stewards

The result file records that two cars touched, how hard, and what it cost them. It doesn't record who caused it. RaceWatcher shows the facts neutrally and leaves the verdict to people who watch the replay.

With Race Control you upload the replay as well, and each incident comes back with a video clip from every car involved.
